    During our consultation:

    • We'll talk about your event's atmosphere and what kind of experience you want your guests to enjoy.
    • You'll sample a curated selection of our signature cocktails to choose the perfect fit for your crowd and we will then lead you through a tasting session of our cocktails.
    • We'll review key details — guest count, drink preferences, glassware options, and any special touches you’d like to include.

    Afterward, you'll receive a customized event outline that covers everything we discussed. Our goal? To deliver a smooth, elevated service from the first pour to the final cheers.

    EVENT DAY

    Event Day Logistics

    The big day has arrived — and we’re ready to elevate your celebration.

    Our team will arrive approximately 2 hours before your event to set up and prepare the bar experience. If you’re providing the alcohol, we kindly ask that all bottles are dropped off no later than 2 hours before the start time to ensure a smooth setup.

    Once we're on-site, you can relax — we’ll take care of everything from setup to service, ensuring your guests enjoy every sip and moment.

    Meet Armando, founder of GranCuev Bartending — with over 7 years of experience working in the hospitality industry as a bartender, he discovered that most mobile bar services offered only generic drinks made with artificial flavors. That realization led him to create something different.

    That’s when GranCuev Bartending was born — a concept focused on natural ingredients, high-quality flavors, and a curated cocktail experience designed to exceed expectations.     A: Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is 50% of the total service quote, and the remaining balance must be paid two days before the event.

    A: Yes, we carry Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance to give you and your venue peace of mind.
